Exchange Policy

we offer exchanges on sarees within 4 days of receiving your order, as long as the saree is in its original, unused condition and in the packaging it was delivered in.

Please note that we do not offer a pick-up service for exchanges. You will need to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive the exchange product we will arrange a Replacement within 3-4 working days 

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged. To qualify for a return, you must provide a video of the unboxing process, showing the condition of the parcel from start to finish.

Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed and credit to original payment method within 7-10 working days.
