At Kaamya Designer House, we offer shipping to all pin codes across India. We’ve partnered with reliable logistics services to ensure that your products are safely delivered in a timely manner.

Order Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you with updated information regarding the situation.

Order Delivery

• Domestic Deliveries (India):
  We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro locations from the dispatch date. In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

• International Deliveries (Outside India):
  For international orders, delivery usually takes 5 to 10 days from the date of dispatch. However, delays may occasionally occur. If there are any issues, please contact us at info@kaamyadesignerhouse.com, and we will provide more information.

Shipping Charges

• Domestic Shipping:
  We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a handling charge of ₹150 will be applied.

• International Shipping:
  International shipping charges depend on the weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout. Our international shipping operates on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs, and local taxes. Please ensure these fees are paid to avoid delays or returns. If your order is held up at customs or returned to us due to unpaid duties, we will not refund the shipping costs, and additional return charges may apply.
