Exchange Policy

we offer exchanges on sarees within 4 days of receiving your order, as long as the saree is in its original, unused condition and in the packaging it was delivered in.

Please note that we do not offer a pick-up service for exchanges. You will need to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged. To qualify for a return, you must provide a video of the unboxing process, showing the condition of the parcel from start to finish.
For defective and damaged from product we provide exchange within 4days of receiving the order.
Please return the product within 2 of delivery.

Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed and credited to original payment method within 7-10 working days.
