Online Account

In such cases, outstanding orders will either be fulfilled or refunded in full. We also reserve the right to refuse services to any user at any time without explanation. Kaamya Designer House is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the products purchased through our website. We accept no liability for delays or failures in fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delays or failures are beyond our reasonable control.

Missed Delivery
Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver your shipment three times. If the order is not collected within the designated time, it will be returned to us. We will be happy to reship the order upon request, with an additional shipping fee of ₹250. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made online, along with the additional shipping charges, before we can reship the product.
